I’m quite sure I am offering a few tips to if so. My goal has always been to exercise at least four times a week in January, majority of us don’ Start with a shorter time frame. Fact, sounds better and more manageable right? Now, a year always was a long time! You’re still vowing to exercise more in the modern Year, working in a more realistic time frame. I’d say if you rocked your four times a week goal probably you set a five times a week goal for February! Besides, you remember what resolutions you set past year, right? Remember, you can’t keep me away from a big sale, I am a SPENDER -there’s no hiding there. In 2011 we vowed to chew less gum. What worked well was drinking more water to substitute my gum chewing, at first, it was NOT dead simple. Normally, they damaged my gum chewing habit and created a good habit -drinking more water, story Moral.
I now RARELY chew gum.
I’ll start on a positive note.
Personally, there’re years I’ve been successful with my newest Year’s resolutions and years I have been… we shall merely say less successful. Thank goodness my husband is a saver and he helps keep me on track -but it’s a private behavior I am yet to consider changing. On the flip side, in my opinion nearly any year I make a resolution to save more money and it doesn’t usually go as planned. It is I’m not kidding… they was usually chewing gum, As silly as it sounds, To be honest I used to chew a TON of gum. You see, gether with teaching at Studio U, I have a busy job and it’s not quite professional to chew gum in meetings.
