Whenever changing our thoughts and perspective, or beginning a gratitude practice, the point is that our minds and bodies need us to do loads of things to keep them healthy, weather a brisk walk outside. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways. Our stress and negative emotions don’t release themselves on their own.
