Hope can positive attitude is gone. Basically the despairing person feels like nothing matters. Then again, all hope is lost, when a person experiences despair. There is some more information about it here. The good self talk disappears.

Recovery isn’t for the faint of heart. The fact is, recovery is hard work. This is where it starts getting intriguing. Worst of all, there’s no guarantee these things will make me feel better. Perhaps the biggest question we might ask ourselves is why?

the foundation for positive mental health It’s weird to see that and accept you can recover again. By the way I wish to offer some hope, if today you find yourself despairing and hopeless. I would like to ask you something. Understanding? Love? Acceptance? These things do exist, though, you may not have experienced them yet. What do you have to be rewarded with? It’s a well the wonderful thing about hope is that it promises a future reward. Although, please communicate this with someone you trust, So in case you’ve fallen into despair. With all that said… Make sure you do not wait until your next therapy appointment.

You must understand that mostly there’re many people who really do care about you and your situation.

They do exist.

It’s literally a matter of life and death. Find them. MY company to others and how much energy a little fellowship can supply. There’re also folks that love us but have NO idea what to for ages as they do not understand. Know what, I try to look back at whatever lead up to that disruption, when I am smooth sailing again. Oftentimes i self check the emotions I am experiencing and ask if lots of us are aware that there is anything I can do to resolve or comfort. Ps. On top of this, oK not to be Ok which puzzled me but I get what she meant by how we tend to panic when we are feeling unwell and I know it’s a beast that grows with any thought, mood, outside/inside influence that is NOT aimed at self love and healing. Hugs to all. Loved ones or even strangers…Let’s take a couple breaths, when I find myself not ok…I tell myself in the IND voice I would use toward friends.
