Teresa currently supervises and coordinates OMNI’s Vocational outsourcing Program, that began in Teresa continues to build program and provide community based vocational outsourcing for societies with developmental disabilities.
Teresa has worked at OMNI since 2013 as a Intensive Family Preservation Specialist and as a Extended Family Home Specialist.
In 2016, Brandy transitioned to Director role of Community Based Rehabilitation and Intervention.
Brandy usually was responsible for managing and evaluating OMNI’s Vocational solutions and Extended Family Homes for men and women with Developmental Disabilities and Mental Health diagnoses.
Brandy has always been the liaison betwixt programs and referring agencies just like Department of Health and Human maintenance, Children and Family outsourcing, Division of Behavioral Health and Department of Health and Human outsourcing Developmental Disability Division solutions, and the OMNI Board. With that said, this includes planning, development, implementation, and coordination of all Vocational and Extended Family Home solutions to clients. Often, she has since provided administrative oversight and clinical supervision for a couple of community based programs, including Intensive Family Preservation, Eating Disorder Program, CommunityBased Alternative to Residential outsourcing, and Extended Family Home Care.
Megan started out providing direct therapeutic solutions, and gained experience in working with adolescents and adults with huge mental health problems, intellectual and developmental delays, and severe behavior issues.

She accepted position as Foster Care Supervisor in November 2016 where she provides supervision to the Omaha Foster Care Team and oversees not far from 100 youth and families in the metro area.

Sadie graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in 2015 from Nebraska University at Omaha and started working at OMNI shortly after as a Foster Care Specialist. Sadie ensures that the foster families were probably receiving all required supports and children’s well being now is advocated for. Amanda currently supervises and coordinates the Safety and ‘InHome’ department. She continues to build program to assist children and families in their real environments. Amanda graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in 2008 and is working in the behavioral health field since She has worked in a couple of departments throughout OMNI as a Family Support Specialist, Community Treatment Aid, and Intensive Family Preservation Specialist. Kris has developed and maintained a couple of programs within OMNI, including complex integration of electronic records system and Evidence Based Practices across a variety of settings and geographic locations.
