Research shows that food we eat is a big part of mental health. Healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and whole grains give us nutrients to work our best. On p of this, food is our fuel. Our brains work better, so this makes us feel worse. It’s easier to cope with stress and similar problems. Doing things we enjoy is good for our health. We often stop doing little things that make us happy, when we feel sad or worried. Seriously. It helps us feel refreshed and helps us feel good about ourselves. Now let me tell you something.
